These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DueQueue website and application (the “Service”), operated by Myles Holdings LLC (“DueQueue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Description of the Service
DueQueue provides tools that help users organize assignments, view coursework deadlines, and track academic tasks. The Service may integrate with learning platforms such as Canvas to display assignment information and reminders. DueQueue is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Instructure, Inc. or the Canvas learning management system.
Beta Software
DueQueue is currently in development and offered as beta software. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time. The Service may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that it is provided for testing and evaluation purposes. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Academic Responsibility
DueQueue provides tools to help users stay organized. Users remain solely responsible for monitoring their coursework, deadlines, and academic obligations. Accounts
Some features of the Service may require users to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service • Use automated tools to scrape data • Attempt to build or support a competing service • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements, and functionality associated with the Service are owned by Myles Holdings LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only.
Third-Party Platforms
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Canvas. DueQueue is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform connected to the Service.
Communications
By joining the DueQueue waitlist or creating an account, you agree that DueQueue may contact you with product updates, service announcements, and information related to the Service.
Termination
DueQueue reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in activity that may harm the Service or other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myles Holdings LLC and DueQueue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, missed academic deadlines, academic performance outcomes, loss of data, or service interruptions. DueQueue does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from interruptions.
